Question: What are you thankful for?

Answer: This Thanksgiving I give thanks to my family, my friends and to Camwithher.com. Family makes all the difference , my friends even thou they are a few, but they have always been close to me and there when I needed them. Finding Camwithher.com was one of the happiest moments of this year, its the dream workplace, has such a great community and it allows me to express my creativity , my ideas and my hidden talents 
I am thankful for heat in my house a warm bed at night and hot showers in the morning. I am thankful for my health and for my family’s health also.And I’m thankful that there is a tomorrow, to always bring new happiness and new lessons to each and every one of us. (unless we all die in 2012 lol )

Q: What’s your favorite thanksgiving food?

A: I love stuffing ,then savory bread pudding with mushrooms and parmesan cheese, butternut squash and creamed-spinach gratin
and mashed potatoes with sage and white cheddar cheese  (I add garlic and sometimes carmelized shallots).
They all taste dynamite, I just hope I wont die eating so much lol
